Seriously.
In Fallout New Vegas you’re suddenly a brain surgeon when you have to save this guy’s life from this tumor that’s slowly killing him. So you’re Dr. Jack Shephard except without the whole you’re an actual doctor part. You have the option to kill this guy during surgery if you want (again channeling Dr. Jack… – “Let my friends go, or I’ll kill your leader, Others!”), but I don’t know what creeps me out the most about this whole brain surgery thing:
